EST Eating and Exercise Plan
14 Day Detox Eaglewood Slimming Tea + Eating Plan + Exercise Plan = Great Results!
Our Eating and Exercise Plan was concocted by a certified dietician and physical trainer just for you!
Eating Plan:
Upon waking up:
Drink 1 cup of Eaglewood Slimming Tea with 3 pieces of Date fruits.
Please have this 20 minutes before you exercise.

Breakfast to be taken 30 minutes after exercise:
1 cup of low fat Milk
1 small bowl of organic Oats with 21 pieces of Raisins
Mid morning snack:
1 small serving of Watermelon fruit with 1 cup of 100% organic Pomegranate Juice
Sandwich Lunch:
2 slices of non white Bread
4 ounce or 3 thin slices of lean Turkey (Alternatives: Lean Beef (top round) or Chicken Breast)
1 serving of any Greens for the sandwich fill
Evening snack:
1 small cup of Fig fruits or 1 small cup of Almond nuts
Dinner:
4 ounces of Chicken breast cooked in 1 tsp. Olive Oil and Lemon Juice
1 cup Broccoli or Cauliflower
Alternatives for the Chicken are Lean Beef (top round) or Turkey Breast
Tips:
No snacking post dinner until sleep.
Avoid fizzy drinks, sweetened beverages, cookies, desserts or any other food not listed in the above.
Any concentrated tea beverages may cause constipation if consumed in large amounts, so it is important to have a balanced diet and use the EST as directed!

Important tips about consuming your liquids:
Drink plenty of plain drinking water throughout the day but don't overdo it (1 litre or more)
Have your drink before the food and drink only when really necessary during food intake. The best way to ensure you don't remain hungry after your meal is not to drink while eating.
After each meal, take a 20-minute break before you drink. This technique is proven to make you feel satiated after your meal and helps reduce the bloated and bulging tummy drastically, try it!

Basic Exercise Plan:
If you already have your own exercise plan, continue with it. We are confident you will see positive results with a healthy eating plan and 14 day detox EST.
For those of you who are not gym savvy, don't worry as this plan does not require a gym, you can do it in the comfort of your own home
This workout plan is broken into 7 days:
Days 1,2, and 3: Cardio and Core
Warm-up before the cardio:
Do basic stretching of the major joints and muscles of your body
Jumping jacks: 10 counts of 8
Cardio: Slow run for 15-20 minutes or brisk walking for 30-40 minutes. You can substitute swimming for this too as it is a great calorie burner
Exercise:
Crunches: 1 min x 2 sets (Time each rest so you wont take no more than 100 seconds in between sets)
Squats: 10 repetition x 2 sets
Jackknife: 1 min x 2 sets
Side Bridge: 1 min x 2 sets
Mountain Climbers: 30 seconds x 3 sets
Plate Twists: 30 seconds (You can use a heavy book such as a thick dictionary instead of a weigh plate) x 3 sets
Day 4: Light Cardio
Brisk Walking for 30-45 minutes
Days 5 and 6: Cardio and Core
